operated by us. We do not take, process, or fulfill orders and we
accept no responsibility for the actions of your Ticket Provider.
DATA COLLECTED
As part of providing the Service, we may record and keep personally identifiable information about you. For example, when you sign up for our newsletter and input personal information such as your e-mail address this information is stored securely on our server.
SECURITY
We maintain your personally identifiable information in secure online storage facilities. Your personal information that is stored on our web server is secured by password protection.
TICKET FULFILLMENT BY AFFILIATED BUSINESSES WE DO NOT CONTROL
When you use our Service you may be transferred to a ticket fulfillment provider (“Ticket Provider”) where you will actually order your event tickets. Ticket Providers may collect more information than us, such as your mailing address and credit card information. We do not control these businesses, so please review the policies of the Ticket Provider before disclosing your personal information.
NEWSLETTERS AND E-MAILS TO YOU
While using our Service, you will be given the option of receiving recurring informational/promotional newsletters via e-mail from us. We will only send you our newsletter if you provide us with your e-mail address. At any time after registering for our e-mail newsletter you may unsubscribe from the newsletters by simply clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email newsletter. If you are experiencing difficulties with our automated unsubscribe service, please contact us.
DISCLOSURE

All sales are final. Because tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, you may contact the Ticket Provider for a refund. The Ticket Provider may require that you return the supplied tickets at your expense before receiving any refund. BestShowTicketsLasVegas.com is not responsible for providing a refund to you. Please note that direct sunlight or heat may damage tickets. You should keep tickets in a safe place.

PRICING
Tickets sold through our Site are from secondary ticket market brokers and are resold in many cases above the price or "face value" listed on the ticket. We are not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue and we do not act as a primary sale box office.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items listed on our Site may be mis-priced. If the Ticket Provider discovers an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, the Ticket Provider will, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Prices stated on the Site do not include any state or other local taxes that may apply to your order.
YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT
BestShowTicketsLasVegas.com will not appear on your credit card bill. If TicketNetwork Direct is the Ticket Provider handling your order, the name TicketNetwork Direct will appear on your credit card statement rather than BestShowTicketsLasVegas.com. If another Ticket Provider is handling your order, their business name will appear on your credit card statement. PERMITTED USE
You are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise, unless otherwise specifically authorized by us to do otherwise.
